I recently purchased a couple of drivers. I opted for the lower shipping price, so it was by sea and took a bit longer. However, I was surprised that I was not able to track the shipment. On the other hand, the representative (Jun) was extremely helpful and gave me frequent updates. The set-up was straightforward. The units are quiet and work good with the controllers I had on hand. This is a new installation, so I can't say too much about reliability yet, but all looks good for now. Overall, I highly recommend the Vibratory Bowl Driver to anyone in manufacturing or assembly operations. I have to say again that every question or inquiry I had was addressed promptly.
